When you use BidBoard as a guest, we don't require a name, email, or phone number. If you create an account, we store your nickname, password (hashed), and any optional details you choose to add, like an email address.
Account details are used only to keep your nickname reserved and let you log back in. We don't sell chat logs or profile data to advertisers or other companies.
Messages in public rooms may be reviewed by moderators to enforce our community rules and to respond to reports of harassment or abuse.
We use minimal cookies to keep you logged in and remember basic preferences like room history.
You can delete your account and associated data at any time from your profile settings, or by contacting us directly.
